By Car:
From
the South or West:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 18 Allston/Cambridge. Pay toll, then follow the signs for Cambridge through the first light. Turn right at the next light, keeping the Doubletree Guest Suite Hotel on the right. Take Soldiers Field Road/Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square exit. Follow Local Directions below.
From the Southeast:
Take I-93/Route 3 North to Boston. Exit onto Storrow Drive (Exit 26). Continue on Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Exit. Follow Local Directions below.
From the North:
Travel South on Route 95 to Route93. Take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/North Station) moving quickly to the left on the exit ramp, and into the tunnel to Storrow Drive to the Kenmore Square Exit (left exit). Follow Local Directions below.
Local Directions from the Kenmore Square exit of Storrow Drive:
At the first set of lights, turn right onto Beacon Street.
At this point, the road forks and the right fork is Bay State
Road. Take the LEFT fork, which will take you into Kenmore
Square. In the Square, bear right onto Commonwealth Avenue.
Follow Commonwealth to number 890, which will be on your left
on the corner of St. Paul Street. The entrance to WBUR is
located on St. Paul. Metered parking is available both in
front of WBUR on Commonwealth and on St. Paul Street.
By MBTA Public Transportation:
Boston University is easily accessible by public transportation. The "B" branch of the MBTA Green Line passes through the campus along Commonwealth Avenue. Once on the Green Line, WBUR is located at 890 Commonwealth Avenue at the corner of St. Paul Street. The T stop is St. Paul.
By Red Line:
Take the Red Line train to Park Street Station, transfer to the Green B Line train. Take the B line to the St. Paul stop.
By Blue Line:
Take the Blue Line train to Government Center, transfer to the Green B Line train. Take the B line to the St. Paul stop.
By Orange Line:
Take the Orange Line to Downtown Crossing. Follow the underground concourse to the Green B Line train. Take the B line to St. Paul.
By Green Line:
From Lechmere, Science Park, North Station, or Haymarket, take any train to Government Center and transfer to a B train. From the suburban C or D lines take any train inbound to Kenmore Square. Change to the outbound platform and board the B train. From the E line, take any train inbound to Arlington station, change to the outbound platform and board the B train.
